I have an 03 evo and my Tcase is going out. Im willing to pay shipping but prefer something local. I need a good condition Tcase no DEATH WHINE!! Been looking but cant find anything. If someone has one or knows of someone selling one please Pm me or post what ypou got thank you.

 

Ok people if I can get a rebuild Tcase from MAP for a little bit over a grand...
And a little bit under a grand from Shep... why in the hell would I even consider buying something used that I have no idea if the seller is actually selling me a good condition part. Im not trying to brake the bank here.

This upgrade service includes a basic rebuild (tear down, inspection, cleaning, new bearings, new seals), upgraded case bolts from 8mm to 10mm and tighter bearing tolerances which have proven to be weak points from the factory, and new OEM ring and pinion gears.
Core Options

We offer three different options, please select the one that fits your specific situation and time line.

• Have Core, Will Wait: Select this option if you have a core transfer case to send to us and you would like us to perform the services to your cylinder head after it has been received.
• Have Core, No Waiting Please: Select this option if you have a core to send in to us, but would like to keep downtime to a minimum. We will complete the services on a core transfer case and refund the core charge as soon as we receive your transfer case! Please note that your core exchange must be suitable for use as a core, feel free to contact us for more information!
• No Core: Select this option if you do not have a good transfer case to send in as a core. We will track down and purchase a good core to use for your transfer case rebuild. This charge is non-refundable.
