most tires run over twenty pounds each without a wheel. so you have sort of befuddled most of us to say the least.
it wouldn't be hard to figure a twenty three pound 19 inch tire. so it is more likely your 24 pound figure should have been forty pound at best.

hrs can be lite but these might need a weighing to be sure.

 

The wheel and tire package is probably over 50 lbs.
