and who has determined what percent less than someone's asking price is lowballing? apparantly you?! offering about 80% of someone's asking price is lowballing? doesn't seem unreasonable to me, especially in light of all the comments before my post. i pm'd the guy too for any counter offer he might have proposed, but got no response. i believe that's how people bargain and reach an agreement in this and most other countries when buying and selling used goods.
