You read correctly. This is the only set of 17" AME's in the U.S. per information from Driveline. Endless was the only AME distributor in the U.S. and a few years ago stopped selling the AME brand in the U.S. due to the poor economy and high cost of keeping inventory. This is/was the only set of 17" AME's to make it into the U.S. before they stopped. These are a very unique wheel given their rarity and they are a great wheel as well. They weigh in at 17lbs and are 17x9 +29 all around. No spacers are need to fit these and they are BRAND NEW! They are also mounted on BRAND NEW 255/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires! Zero, yes zero, miles on both the wheels and tires, only mounted once for test fitting. The wheels are the original dark gun metal color and in perfect condition. They are balanced and ready to be installed. Be the only person in the U.S. with these wheels! I'm only selling because I am indecisive

AME Wheels USA has been closed since late 2009. At this time there is no current distributor of their products within the US. This is the reason for all of the 'super-rare', and 'cannot get anywhere else' talk. As for these wheels in particular, we have been informed on several occasions that these 17x9.0's are the only set of TM-02's ever imported by AME USA.
