I have a set of MR BBS with a set of brand new hankook Z211 C-50 compound mounted.

tires are a few years old but kept away from sun and stored indoor in closed garage.

I sprayed painted some of them metallic silver because some of them were that greyish green color. Probably not as durable as powder coating but has descent surface finish and gives you the ability to change color on regular basis for just a few bucks.
