This is an extremely rare RRM ECU for 5 speed Lancer only. This upgrade advances timing and smooths the fuel curve. The rev limit was also increased to 6900-7000. This is not a piggyback and is a plug and play unit. If you are not local, you will have to send your ecu first and then I will send you mine. Must run 91 octane or better. If you are local, I can swap yours with mine in about 20 minutes. This unit is very reliable. I've had this installed for approximatley 2 years and never had any problems.

Why is it rare again?

 

Because they only produced them for a few months and only few people baught them. There are not many of them out there. But 500$? Isn't that what they were going for brand new?

 

Well actually it sold for 550 to get the reflash programed on to my ECU, so basically I'm selling the program. If this was something that would wear out I could see selling it for lower. If you are concerned with the performance do search here on the forums.

I think the EVO crowd should get there own classified area.

 

Is that a new way of saying: Bump Can't beleive you didn't sell yet. If people knew a bit more about it, they would probably buy that way before a piggyback. So anyone considering the purchase of a Pb, consider this Ecu first. No line cutting, no soldering. It's the stock ecu that was reflashed. PLUG and PLAY

 

Man, wish it worked on an Auto tranny...
