Buschur Alky injection kit. Pump is compatible to run full methanol, denatured alcohol, water, etc. Has pressure gauge on the tank and comes with an Injen upper intercooler pipe with the nozzle already tapped. Never had any problems with controller, so I'm assuming it wasn't part of the "bad batch." 350whp on Harman Motive's dyno jet @ 26 psi with Walmart alky (314whp on 91). This may sound like a noob question, but I am not sure how the injection works. Really I just don't understand how it knows when to kick on. Does it run all of the time or only when under boost? Could you please explain I am interested just need to have more info.

 

With the Buschur kit, there's two knobs associated with the spray.. one to tell it at what boost pressure to start spraying and the other to tell it when it should be spraying at it's max. It'll progressively raise the spray as the more boost you're making, up until it hits your specificed max spray point.

It doesn't spray all the time, only when you reach the spray start point (i.e. 10 lbs). I can usually drive around on a few tanks of gas before the low level light comes on for the kit.
