RNR, will your kits bolt up to the stock intercooler...say if i bought this kit and traded someone for a 35r turbo....could i use the stock intercooler and lower IC pipe?

The 35r is a t3/t4, and 40r is TO4. The mani wont work for a gt35r.

He could always buy a T4 Hothousing for the 35R and then it would work on that manifold! I have a GT35R with a T4 flange with a T4 manifold and have no problems.
