I was originally going to hold onto the 32mm adapter, since I may someday move to Samco hoses. However, I'm now going to use WarmPepsi's homebrew coolant adapter, so I won't need this any longer. It's brand new and has never been opened. If you've got Samco hoses (NOT OEM) and need to add a GReddy coolant sensor to your Evo, then this is the part for you! I'm asking for $35 shipped.
