I have been using boost control EBC from the MaftPro for 2 months or so already. This was just a backup for troubleshooting if I had a bad WGA at first. Works perfect. Boosted up to 34.1psi with it.

This is what I am currently using, tuning, retailing further up in our stage IV to replace it with:

 

Aren't these delivered with two springs. I only want to go from 16 to 24 psi. Will the heavy spring adjust in this range?

 

Yes, the light spring is for small advances over stock. Some vendors sell it only with the hard spring for Evo's because the light one isn't much use.
