sorry but i've been out of the evo modification game for a minute and too lazy to do a search. which exactly is the 30-1313? would i need to convert to speed density? what else would i need such as sensors, besides tuning?

The 30-1313 is for the 2003-2005 USDM Mitsu Evo 8. It is the unit without the built in Uego Wideband Controller. You don't have to switch to speed density, as you can still retain the stock Mass Air Meter for tuning purposes.
