Guys I'm getting bombed with IM's. At least 10+ people have shown serious interest. As with business it's cash and carry. First come first serve. and Nesiop as I said privately. Yes you made an offer but I have a local person interested in picking it up for the asking price tomorrow. If he bails then we can still meet Sat. See the ad $500 or B/O. I have a higher offer than yours.
