What kind of springs and retainers in the head?

 

my buddi bought this car like this i dont know much about it the only reason i know know the head is built is that it has honey comb shape valve springs
and i have hade mine apart and they are not

.
so know i dont know how many miles are on any of these parts
i never got to witness them work

he told me that the cams were hks 280 cams
he is sending me a full mod list
to tell me what is done to the head springs/ retainers
