I have a mint TME turbo for the EVO 8. Used 6 months, about 6,000 miles and it performed flawlessly. The spool is crazy..... Putzing around at 2500 rpm in 4th/5th gear and have instant boost to 15#'s at part throttle requires no downshifting if you don't want to. But more importantly, the part throttle response in track conditions is very rewarding. Spools quicker than the stocker due to the light weight rotational mass. Comes with 10.5 hotside like all TME's do. Direct replacement for the stock turbo. $600 plus shipping. Includes SS Ebay 02 housing!!!!!

Also, 3" SS downpipe (RMR) already wrapped with Thermo Tec with extra wrapping where the dp comes closest to the oil pan. The dp also has an extra 02 bung for your wideband already installed. I can include a plug for the bung if you need it. 3" SS test pipe (RMR) also. DP- $250, Test pipe - $50, plus shipping on both. These will bolt up to the stock turbo and stock exhaust or just about any cat back out there. Direct replacement pieces for the 03 and 04 models.

Drop-In Blitz panel filter for stock air box. This thing puts other drop-in's to shame. Stainless mesh wire for reinforcing, and cleanable/reusable. Last drop in you'll ever buy. $30 plus shipping.

HKS 272 cams, 6000 miles on them. Very good compromise between spool and top end. Idles very close to stock on stock ECU. If you tune them for top end (-4/-1), idles BETTER than stock! $350 plus shipping.

the TME turbo is the real deal, not a knock off. It also comes with the ebay stainless 02 housing included in the pricing, which I did not get pictures of...

 

is this the TME 8 turbo or the TME 9 turbo? i hear the one for the evo 9 will fit on our evo 8's and give us way better numbers. But still looks like a great deal here

would the TME be stealthy enough as to were my dealer would not notice it by the looks of it??

 

The TME 6.5 is total stealth. Uses all the factory hoses, hookups, sits in the same position and looks exactly the same. There is no way to tell the difference aside from a positive material identification on the internals. The dealership will never know.
