This is a Prototype turbo kit that was built and there are a few flaws to the kit so if you have fabrication capability or know someone who does this can be a great deal for you. everything is constructed out of 304L stainless steel. Kit comes with manifold, turbo, downpipe, coolant delivery pipe, intake pipe, charge pipes, couplers and clamps. turbo is a .48 a/r t3 60 trim which is capable of 34lb min or 340bhp. turbo has very few miles on it from a fresh rebuild (20ish miles) still has 4 months of warranty left. this system was installed and tested and there are some flaws and i'll state them to the best of my knowledge. the downpipe is to short for stock exhaust and causes it to pull on the exhaust system. easy fix is upgrade the exhaust with larger piping at any muffler shop(importat on turbocharged car's anyway) the dp also rubs on the sub frame(stock pipe is crushed like a pancake so I did the best I could with the 2.5" pipe it could be ovaled and possibly clear) the downpipe only uses 4 of the 5 bolts due to the clearance issues with the ac compressor. unknown sealing issues?? the wastegate dump tube has clearance issues( was not told how much could possibly notch holes to get to fit?) the throttle cable needs to be sheilded from the heat with some sort of heat protection (melted the cable on the test vehicle) a 2-2.5" reducer that is longer is needed for the turbo to IC piping. other than this there were no other issues mentioned. kit comes with everything pictured on the first picture. i'm starting the bid lower than material cost due to the work needed to finish correctly. kit is sold as is and no warranty is expressed or implied. shipping is $80 due to the weight and bulkyness to the lower 48 states and buyer is responsible to check for out of country shipping. this could be a very nice kit that should make good power if finished and tuned correctly.
