Are you sure that's an APS exhaust? I have installed three (one on each of my Evo's) and one on a friends and it looked nothing like that. Even the link you provide doesn't look like it. Just an observation.....

yeah its a aps unit....might be a different design but it was purchased as a aps turbo back.
