Comes with original box, hoses already cut to length for installation, and the optional spring and mounting plates. The stiffer spring is currently installed. I used this for one Winter for only 1462 miles.

Sold Works High Flow Drop-In Filter

Used for only 1yr and about 8,000 miles. It has never been cleaned, but really doesn't need it yet. I don't have the cleaning kit.
