arent the xs power ic the ones on ebay? If so I just bought one for $150 shipped brand new.

 

I not aware of the ebay product, I purchase mine from a vendor here for $325, are you looking to buy another?

 

not to whiz on anyones parade but i believe that xs power is the commonly referred to "ebay brand" that everyone talks about. you guys figure out your price, but bump for a decent cooler. buddy of mine is pushing about 400 WHP now out of an 05 RS using that intercooler, he also has their full exhaust and i think o2 housing, xs power that is. good luck.
