This is the stock clutch off my 05. It needs a new clutch disk and I suggest getting the flywheel cut. Also needs spring metal ring on PP that can be taken off your old PP.

how bad is the disc...like was it completely done?

 

Clutch disk was slipping under full boost. I would not use it, It should def be replaced.

Well if you just doing that you may be able to get away with that disk. I was still driving on it daily, just slipped when I hit about 15 psi. I dont know if they would give you less on your trade in because its slipping.
