Let me explain:
1) Evo VIII's have the 02 sensor on the cat-back exhaust piping
2) Evo IX's have the 02 sensor that goes on the cat
Now, most people who buy aftermarket exhausts will have the 02 sensor fitting on the cat-back since they were originally designed for the VIII.
In case you wanted to use this on a IX without another bung available on the exhaust or something, you will need to weld a bung onto this pipe!
