It is quieter than most NON-RESONATED catbacks. Quieter than Greddy Ti, Blitz Nur Spec, Jun BL, RSR Gt2 (from what I was told). Very deep sound than is not too bad if you cruise around town. It is loud at WOT though. it does fir the JDM bumper, look for the picture on the first page almost to the bottom.
