Well I guess I will post this again,
We have sitting here a stock 05 tranny with about 40,xxx miles on it thats ready to be shipped out. It came out of our car in working condition. Second gear was a bit notchy, thats why we changed it. I think the synchro is shot because of the ACT clutch not disengaging all the way. Other then that its fine. When we used royal purple synchromax in it, it would fall into second gear just fine.
