Brand new FP EVO Green.
^^^ Seems real stand-up on this thread. Didn't even know it was coated until I asked and he had to check. Then he updated this thread. Plus, he thinks a 10.5 hotside. Makes me think he's not too sure of his own product. I'll buy mine from someone who knows what they have. Good luck! The attitude you are displaying only wards off potential buyers.
As I already stated, I didn't order this turbo. My previous one failed, which was ordered last year when they first came out, before all these options were available, and FP replaced it recently. You could only get them with 10.5 housings back then. Looks like FP tossed in some extra features for me, like the coating. I never asked for it, which is why I was surprised to see it. I sent in a 10.5, I'm sure that I got one back. If anyone doesn't like the fact that I refuse to sell parts to porksword swallowing simpletons, don't bother with any of my threads. I am very particular about who I choose to deal with on this site.

bump for this dude... it really is about supply and demand
Remember when people were sellin "fq400" wheels for 2gs when they were bought brand new for 1200?
In this case, the guys not even asking for a markup. If this was hks 272 cams or some other part that you can call up a vendor for at this exact moment, then yes it is reasonable to knock off a good 10-15 percent off the vendor price. However, you can't even get this turbo right now so I think the price reflects what this turbo is worth at this exact moment. Who knows maybe 2 years from now they'll be just just laying around vendor shops. But as of right now the green is a hot commodity

hehehe!
really want them, price is not a problem, but my problem is if it works for me!
i have a HKS GT3037 Kit installed in my car right now, but i am not happy about the huge turbo lag and i am thinking to put my stock IX turbo back! or.. get this one!
here is the question, after all the bolt on modification done (intake, exhaust, full IC pipe with bigger IC, 750cc injector, twinpower ignition... etc) with stock engine (only upgrade is cosworth 272s), stock ecu, 24 maxium psi and pump 93 gas, how much different will this turbo make than a stock IX turbo?
sure i see very impressive number on dyno sheet like 420 whp, but those all use AEM with Meth injection/race gas and runs 30 psi, i will not do any of those cuz i am tired of it, so to be honest, should i buy ur turbo?

That's a very open ended question that I probably can't answer for you. Life is all about compromise. My personal feeling is that the 20gLT/EVO Green making 49 lbs/min with stock like spool is as good as compromising gets, as I've posted many times before. But how well you do with that capacity within your specific set of resitrictions is entirely up to you.

If you can act like you passed third grade English and compose a PM that doesn't give me a headache, ask only questions that can't be answered by simply reading this thread, and manage to not **** me off in the process, I'll knock 50 bucks off out of the kindness of my heart.
