The HKS extension housing is not the same length as stock. The harness is there to A: avoid having to cut and lengthen the stock harness. B: move the harness away from heat sources. They don't usually design stuff half ***, so they include an extension harness with factory connectors to make it easy on you.

Bump!Someone buy this piece!I can say from experience its a great performance mod and a rare piece!These go for about $700 new if you can find anyone who has them in stock!I would buy this if I didn't already have it!
