I have for sale Exedy Twin Disc HD.

I bought this about a month ago from another EvoM member, who neglected to state that it came from a bad tranny, and that the clutch plates were warped.
There is approximately 1mm - 2mm distortion to the plate. This is not a whole lot, but it will not go into gear very easily.
I paid $950 + shipping
The clutch was installed by DevoTuning in chicago. It was immediately removed by DevoTuning, once they realized something was wrong, and would not go into gear easily.

Rebuild kit will run $400 - $440
The new throw out bearing is not included.

Reason for selling:
Exedy had the "A plate" for the rebuild kits were on back order about 3 weeks back. Since this is my daily, I couldn't afford to have the car on jacks waiting for the rebuild kit. DevoTuning installed an ACT clutch which they had in stock.
Now I have this sitting in my garage.

Not pictured are the bolts - I just removed them for picture purposes, but they are now back on.

will i only need to replace the disc and reserface the flywheel or will there be other things that need replacing.
