well if he doesnt come through, then we all just have to get ahold of paypal and get our money back through them. And then he will loose his paypal priveledges also. So hopefully he will care about that.

Maybe thats why he never answered my pm about the ETS piping seeing as how depending on where in NY he is I said I could meet him. He had goodfeedback and was online here yesterday so good luck everyone with getting your money back if it comes to that.

I'm also fileing a dispute with PayPal against him. The last I ever herd from him was him asking me where I wanted the side splats I ordered shipped but I haven't herd from him since and I've PM'd him asking for an update. Hopefully he gets in contact with us and sends our parts, if not I'll take my money back.

I just noticed he hasn't claimed the money I've sent him, I would of thought he would of taken out of his PayPal account and deposited in his bank account. Seems a little odd. I'm debating if I should take my money back while I still can.

We will still be able to get our money back even after he takes it out of his paypal. Since we have all filed complaints against him, paypal knows there is a BIG problem. But Im hoping he comes around for the fact its going to be hard for me to get that price for a new meth kit, and I already ordered the parts to accompany it! So Id rather have the kit! But now paypal and the Site admins know whats going on, so we have multiple people behind us!

yea all i did was submit a dispute so that I could send him an email through paypal and let him know that we are using up every resource to contact him and give him a chance to come clean. I gave him untill Thursday night before I start a claim. But as you guys said, I would much rather have my kit. Hopefully if he gets on tonight he will see our messages and CharlesJ message and realize we arent taking this lightly and that he needs to step up!

When I sent him the money I had it deducted from my bank account. The seller has the money sitting in his paypal funds so I still have the option of canceling the transaction and recovering my money.

I recovered my money back through PayPal guys. The seller contacted me and told me that he would refund my money because the item I originally paid for was damaged during removal off the car. Good luck to the rest of you.
