AMS quality craftsmanship, no damage, no problems. Just a good used pipe that can aid in adding HP if you currently have an OEM cat or HFC installed.
It is three-bolt flanged, version 2 piping (~28"). This means that it will fit any V2 AMS system. If you choose to use this for any other setup--stock or otherwise--you may have to have different flanges welded on at your local muffler shop. In my town, that's usually only $10...but prices will vary based on region and shop.
For the low-ballers:
Brand new these are like $79 plus shipping, which puts it closer to $95-$100 shipped brand new. So $55 plus shipping (which typically has been quoted at $70 shipped) is a fair price with that considered. You're saving $30 dollars give or take.

It's uninstalled and boxed up already, but here are some pics of it on the car:
