I have a stock IX with 10k miles. Not sure if they are the same as an VIII. JAM removed it when they did my 2.3 build.

You want to be honorable and refund me the money I sent you?

 

It couldn't have been bent, it came out of my running motor! It possibly could have been damaged in shipping. So instead of coming out and saying that I swindled you how about you ask nicely to try to resolve it. I am going to find out the process to file a claim with UPS since it was sent insured. SO RELAX.

 

........you can imagine I was pissed when I heard.

If I have reacted out of emotion then I apologize for being human.

Help me resolve the issue as the crank was 0.3" out of true.
