It is now official, I will be pulling off the HKS Carbon-Ti exhaust. This exhaust has both a great look and a great sound. I have always absolutely loved this exhaust, but I am now going to try something different. For those of you looking for a JDM exhaust, this is one of the most popular. The best thing about this exhaust is that it is not that loud at all neither during normal cruising nor during light boost. Yes, it does get louder at WOT but does not sound nearly as loud or raspy as 90% of the exhausts out there, it sounds really good. It has a deep sound, and an even deaper one with the stock turbo. I have had this exhaust pushing close to 500hp and it has always performed well. I will post some better pictures of the exhaust up later tonight and I also have plenty of videos of the exhaust for those of you who would like to hear it. Lol, why are you interested?? With your build, I find it hard to believe. I will post some pics up tonight. I have some on my computer but I didn't clean the exhaust completely prior to taking them. I will post what I have though as soon as I get home.

 

Thanks for the bump though! It is how the majority of the JDM exhausts come, it tapers down to 2.75" where it meets the cat.

Yep, just a catback! Yes, there is no need realistically for anything over 3". People like to b*tch about how JDM exhausts taper down to 2.75" but I, nor cars making more power than I, have ever seen any ill effects.
