yeah i western union you the money and you say bye bye sucker...please.

COD is totally legit you send it UPS COD with and check secured payment which can either be a bank check or money order ( no personal checks ) then the driver releases the stuff.

guy can open it check it all out and either pay or refuse it return to sender...

i run a million dollar a year ebay store..i know these things..lol!!!

I did send the OP a PM after reading his original post because it is not at all our policy to refuse cancellation or refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. To my knowledge I have yet to receive a response. Yes there is a nominal cancellation/restocking fee in those cases to cover fees and admin expenses in these cases, but we wouldn't refuse a cancellation. I have to say that I'm a bit confused, so the best solution would be to just give me a call and we'll sort it out for you!
