I am converting my car to a 5 speed in the next couple of weeks and I'm looking to get rid of my 6 speed. I haven't abused it although 4th gear will for sure have to get replaced, it makes a small vibration under 3k rpms due to the fact that it cant handle the kind of power i have thrown at it, . The trans has 39k miles on it. I would reccomend a rebuild on it just to be safe.

The 6 speed is awesome for road racing, I have loved this trans since the beging but my power has peaked the limit of what it can do which is why I choose not to rebuild it.
