Selling both of these for my brother. He recently just purchased these parts from a local EVO owner, and was told they are both brand new, but I can't confirm that 100%.
I'm not sure what brand UICP it is but it looks to be in like new condition. If it was ran you can't tell. It has a flange welded onto it, I believe it is an HKS type flange.
