i know that exedy is 23lbs and the tilton is only 19lbs....i cant see this carbon clutch being 25lbs no way...

Twin Disk - offered with your choice of 1100 kg pressure plate (2425 lbs -can handle approximately 700 crank HP), or 1350 kg pressure plate (2976 lbs - can handle approximately 900 crank HP). Both versions weigh 25.57 lbs for the ENTIRE assembly (2 disks, pressure plate and integrated flywheel, compared to 45.19 lbs for the stock clutch/flywheel assembly.
