i have a newly built longblock that has aprox. 500 miles on it. The mileage will go up because it is my DD. This is a drop in setup.
LIST OF MODS:
oliver rods
arias pistons
upgraded pins
clevet bearings
HEAD:
1mm over supertec valves
supertec double springs
supertec retainers
ported and polished
HKS 280's
If i forgot anything just ask. heres the low down on it. I had it built by devo tuning in the begining of the year. 2,xxx miles later, ROD BEARING SPUN!!!! ripped engine out, took everything apart, machined and cleaned and decked the block. Took head apart and cleaned and reseated valves. Put 2 new valves in because 2 got bent. Put new oliver rod and all new clevet bearing back in. Replaced oil cooler and did 6 oil changes so far and no shavings. I can give you the name of the shop that did the work so you can verify it, just pm me. I am looking for a good stock engine to swap because im going back to stock most likely and goin a different route with a different car. I will also be selling turbo kit and everything else but first want to see how this goes!!!

sorry, but havent been by computer to respond to people. I have decided to sell it with the car, sorry. This just seems to be a pain in the neck seeing as this is my daily driver and i cant afford for it to be in the shop swapping engines. I was looking at 5000 and your engine. I have over 8000 into it and over 10 with fixing spun bearing. I think it would be easier to let it go with the car and all the goodies on it than to sit around for months waiting to part everything out.
