its not a stupid question, there is about 300 or so rpm difference in spool and usually 30whp or so more power. this all depends on how good your tune is, i have seen a larger difference in spool and power, but generally these figures are normal.

Got any pics of the actual set up you are selling. I have the GT35R kit with the cast manifold from BR. I'm sure that turbo would just bolt right up.
