Has scratch on it, shown in second picture (sorry for the crappy picture, camera sucks!!!) The O-ring needs replaced, just get the right size and screw it on there. I still have the O-ring, it just broke, so it needs a replacin'!

Sorry for such a late reply. but it wasn't a good daily driving kind of BOV. It was loud!!! But I found myself flooring it everywhere just because it wouldn't flutter that way. So if you're just cruising at normal speeds it sucks!
