Like it says this trans was rebuilt less than 5k ago by Mitsu under warranty. I put the big turbo on and boom. I got locked out of 6th gear one night. I would suspect that the 5-6 slide is burred up causing this (common). I pulled the trans and put in a built 5 speed.

Open to offer and will ship anywhere. Like I said sold as is and comes with all linkage box etc. Unless someone wants to buy that as well.

i might take you up on that linkage. my 5th keeps popping out for some reason. 12346R are all fine though. guessing i just need to adjust it or replace a bushing or something maybe. just wanted to post in here to mark the thread incase i need to hit you up for it. good luck with the sale!

 

hey how many miles did you have on the trannie when it blew the first time

 

The transmission was replaced when I bought the car with 20k. I drove it home and after getting off the highway it began grinding 4-5th. I then took it back to Mistu and they covered a complete rebuild at that time. The car now has 24,800.
