Exedy Triple disk

I have a Exedy triple disk clutch with 10 dyno passes and less then 500 miles. It has never been to the track or dragged! The clutch isn't holding the power in the car as i thought it would and i have to go the next step. Paid over 2300 Iam asking 1700 obo plus shipping and paypal.

Just curious, but what type of power are you making were an Exedy triple disk can't hold the power? Is the clutch slipping? VWjeff is running 9s with that clutch.

No the clutch isnt slipping like i said its brand new. Its just i dont want to ruin the clutch with the power i plan to be making after the car is done so i want to upgrade it before i destroy this clutch.

ill chim in and say BS, Is it a carbon clutch? I run a triple carbon and make over 900whp, no "holding power problems" and the non carbon acctully holds more power!! so inless your making over 1100whp (your not) then thats not the real reason your selling it... so tell us why your selling it...

Well if you read above i said that i wanted to change to a push style and play it safe. That's good that your clutch is working out for you but i rather convert it now and not later.

In case you didn't know AMS sells a push style conversion for the Exedy triple or twin disk clutchs.

I thought the Exedy clutches were better than the HKS? how do they compare? and how does carbonetic compare?

I had a twin plate Exedy at 555 whp no problems, and now I'm upgrading to a carbonetic I'm aiming for 800hp next month.
