Is the bottom flange of the o2 housing bent?

 

The flange isnt bent, but the actual pipe itself is. I didnt notice this till someone pointed it out to me today via pm. Really pisses me off since this is brand new. Oh well. Lowering price now due to dent. Also open to offers.
