RPM is dependent on tune, altitude, size of cams, compression of the motor...etc, etc, etc...
However, at sea level I was seeing full 24psi on 93 octane around 3700. At 6000 feet in Wyoming it was right at 4K.
And I do believe it's the 17lbs spring but I don't know that for certain. Whatever AMS ships it with is what it has.
