It does not come with the tank because the stage 2 is designed to work with the windshield washer tank in the trunk. And no failsafe sorry but make me an offer anyway

It depends on the tune, how much boost, basically everything would factor into it but meth injection is the way to go. Some people are making over 500 on pump gas with meth injection and a fp red turbo. Its almost the same as running a race fuel in your car almost same kind of numbers which is what im shooting for eventually!
