ship it overseas at the buys expense. make it fully insured then you have nothing to worry about.

 

When I ship overseas, I require full advance no-recourse prepayment. With paypal, I require the buyer to identify the payment as for services, already provided. That makes it pretty hard to get charges reversed or claims made for shipping...
