Like the title says i need a stock 2003 evo 8 ECu and also a Catlitic converter! let me know what you have thanks

I think it would. but you need a reflash to your original VIN and ignition lock info.

From what I understand when the inspection station here in NJ Plugs into the ECU the Info is transmitted to DMV, I know a guy doing inspections that would hook up a pickup to pass inspections and DMV told him the dates and Vin Number of the Pickup he used to pass the vehicles. Also Evo's have an antitheft device that won't let the engine start if the wrong ECU is used unless you use a stand alone.
