Have a 10.5 housing 8 turbo. about 50k, no play, works fine. Most it saw was about 25 psi.

Just had it fully ported locally. We were going to put it on my other 8, but went bigger instead, so we have this for sale now.

Port work includes:
Ported and polished compressor housing (outlet side)
Ported and Polished Exhaust Housing - Gasket matched on manifold side, ported and polished outlet, ported WG opening.
Ported and polished 02 Housing - Machinist spent a good amount of time on the first section (upper section) of the 02, making it ALOT smoother. The bottom half recieved a quick clean up. My origional plan was to get an aftermarket 02, but he worked me a combo deal on everything.

All the exterior of the parts show its used condition, however I can blast them and put a high temp ceramic paint OR get them Jet Hot coated locally at buyers expense.

I can also sell a ported and polished stock exh manifold, gasket matched on the turbo, etc.

I bought the turbo assy for $350 on here 2 months ago and paid $275 (not including manifold) for port work since he is a family friend.

$400 SHIPPED.

Like I said, I can black ceramic coat it free, or get it jet hot if buyer wants at his expense.

If you want the ported manifold with the turbo purchase, its $75. Also have a ported intake manifold for $200.
