FS: Custom HKS turbo kit

****PRICE REDUCTION***$2500 OBO!

***UPDATE***
As a committment to the prospective buyer and to ensure that they are getting what they are paying for, I'm 100% willing to ship the turbo out to Forced Performance for written documentation as to its condition following a thourough inspection. The only thing that I ask is that the buyer pays for the shipping and if there is anything wrong I will pay the repair bill 100%. Also, I talked with Robert at FP a couple days ago and he can upgrade this turbo to an HTA wheel and compressor cover while still utilizing the HKS hotside so that it can still be used with this kit.
***

I'm willing to seperate parts from the kit if anybody is interested.

Manifold: Brand new 0 miles with one year warranty - $1000

Polished HKS Racing wastegate - $300

HKS 3037s turbo - $1000

Ceramic coated O2 housing and wastegate pipe - $150

Custom copper gaskets - $75

FS: Custom HKS Turbo Kit

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been back and forth with the sale of this kit, trying to decide if I want to install it or not and the hinging moment came when I found out that I will be getting into the school that I wanted to next year. Unfortunately, the school isn't cheap and it will force the sale of my evo and with that the sale of a few other related parts such as my custom HKS turbo kit.

A quick run-down of the kit and its components:
____________________________________________

-Custom 321SS manifold that replaced the crack-prone HKS unit

-Custom solid copper gaskets for all of the turbo components

-HKS 3037s Turbo

-Custom -10 AN fitting for oil drain and -8AN SS oil feed line

-Turbo has been inspected and give a clean bill of health

-HKS racing SS 50mm Wastegate (rated at 1000hp).

-Custom polished compressor housing and HKS wastegate

-2000 deg ceramic coated manifold, wastegate pipe, and o2 housing

-All Stainless hardware

-Wastegate has been inspected and given a clean bill of health

________________________________________________

Things that you will need to install:
________________________________________________

-You may need to modify your down pipe to fit. Most fitment issues arise from 2005 and 2006 owners having the down pipe hit the ACD.

-You will need to modify your lower intercooler pipe to mate correctly with the turbo.

-You will need to purchase or aquire an oil restrictor for the turbo because it has a dual ball bearing cartridge.

-A 4"-3" silicone coupler for the intake pipe if running on the stock MAF.

Asking price is $3000 OBO

On 91 on a mustang dyno I have seen 370 on a similar setup or about 425 on a dynojet at 24-25psi. On e85 I would expect this turbo to to surpass the 450 mark on a mustang dyno given the results from Al at dyno flash who produced over 550whp from this turbo back in 03 or 04.

Thanks Skyblas. I agree that the 3037s is a great turbo. It has the spoolup of a 30r and the ability to make more then 550whp
