Sorry to hijack but I'm curious why you're selling. I'm trying to figure out what MAP Sensor I want and why.

So far, I think I've gleaned that for lower boost applications the JDM/Evo 10 (I read they're exactly the same) sensor should be preferable to the OMNI as it is more precise.

Selling the Evo and pulled the map.

I am not sure about the accuracy but you have better resolution on the JDM map than the OMNI map sensor. Remember that you use the 0-5 Volts DC to represent the measuring unit (Vaccum/Pressure) and the JDM is 3 Bar and the OMNI is 4 or 7 bar.

So, unless you will be running more than 35 PSI, I do not see any real benefit on getting the 4 Bar unless you get it at cheaper price. ;-)

Thanks for the bump!

i think you mean evo X map sensor, the evo 8 and 9 share the same 1 bar sensor, whereas the evo x has the 3 bar.

Read the post! :-)

It clearly says JDM Map Sensor from the Evo IX which is a 3 bar one.

Thanks for the bump! :-P
