I am sorry, guys. It is honorable to go in the order in which the offer to buy the item comes in.

I had some members make offers for less than I wanted to get for the item.

And I am officially on the 2nd. person. The first member decided he did not need it.
The 2nd member wants it, but he is coming back from vacation tomorrow.

All beyond my control, but I am still a person of my word, and I wait until it becomes unreasonable.
