I bought this Injen Upper Intercooler Pipe for the evo8/9 from another EvoM member but it was never installed because I went with a mini-battery and custom UICP.

The upper pipe is painted Graphite Gray and was cut to make fitment better. The cut is out of sight with the hood open. The UICP is routed for the stock battery and BOV. The pipe looks sweet in the engine bay and would look good with any color car. Pics are posted down below. Pipe also comes with some couplers shown in pics below.

interested, pics show worm clamps, will u include TBOLT clamps? kit is complete from intake manifold to intercooler?

The kit is complete from intake manifold to intercooler. I will include all hardware as shown in pics. You are correct, those are worm clamps. I corrected the post accordingly.

Just wondering... Is the reason you're looking for a 3" because you have a 75mm TB?

75mm = 2.95 inch


It seems the Injen UICP would be a good match for those ppl using a stock throttle body or 65mm TB.

65mm = 2.56 inch
