That's a fake ebay copy. AMS welded the top and side brackets on.

Agree. There is no way in hell thats an AMS IC.

3.5". It is identical to the AMS fmic. Alot of people turn to this instead of paying an arm & leg for the AMS one. They are $160 shipped new on ebay for the intercooler itself.
