Yeah I hear ya...for the price I am selling it for, you can swap the rods and put some street rods, its not that expensive....

if it doesnt sell for the price i posted, i will send it out to Buschur racing and have them swap the rods for me and work something out...

sorry hommie machine work is not that cheap. it adds up you might be better to trade it for a 2.3 or 2.4 instead and take the hit. just a ideal

Free bump for you. Hey I also have a question. Why would you go with a 9:1 compression motor? I mean you used the groden rods so im assuming you were shooting for alot of power but wouldnt a high hp build like this require 10:1?? Just curious

I fiqured i answer this. you can cap off the mivec oil feed hole. Just like you can use a evo 8 block in the 9 by drilling a hole for the mivec line for the head. so block could be used in either.

5000 is pretty decient with no core if you go to 4500 then its waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to good to pass up. ya if you change the rods out it will be waaaaaaaaaaaay more appealing as majority of folks on this site DD.
